«KSB Commercial Bank» Closed Joint Stock Company began its history in 2013 with the arrival of a Swiss investor in the Kyrgyz Republic, i.e. Petram Finance Company, which took on the rehabilitation of the bankrupt Kyrgyzdiykanbank OJSC, which on 23 January 2014 was re-registered as «Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank» CJSC.

After ten years of successful activity in the Kyrgyz market, on 30 October 2023, the bank’s shareholders made a strategic decision to begin the next round of development, renaming the bank into «KSB Commercial Bank» Closed Joint Stock Company.

The first and only bank in the Kyrgyz Republic with Swiss capital, providing financial and advisory services to corporate, institutional and private clients.
