On July 17, 2024, the TCA USAID program conducted a one-day training session titled “Introduction to ADAPT” for industry associations of Kyrgyzstan in the city of Bishkek. This training marks the first stage of the ADAPT certification program developed by CMC Kazakhstan.
ADAPT (Accelors’ Diagnostic Action Planning Tool) is a powerful tool for diagnostic assessment and action planning aimed at enterprise development. Participation in the training allowed association representatives to gain deeper insights into the needs and challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as to acquire effective approaches to support and foster their growth.
The training served not only as a valuable educational event but also as an opportunity for participants to engage with representatives from other industry associations. The session was conducted by Gulsum Akhamberdieva, CMC, and Roman Vakulchuk, PhD, both trainers with extensive experience in consulting and conducting workshops.
