On the implementation of the drug traceability system
By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 9, 2023 No. 53, it was decided to launch a phased introduction of a traceability system for medicines produced, imported and sold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this connection, the Resolution approved the Procedure for Ensuring the Traceability of Medicines, which defines the requirements for the process of traceability of medicines manufactured, imported and sold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, to participants in the circulation of medicines and their functions, the procedure for registering participants in the circulation of medicines in the Information System “Electronic database of medicines and medical devices” and information exchange of participants in the circulation of medicines, the procedure for providing digital marking codes to participants in the circulation of medicines, requirements for applying a digital marking code to medicines subject to traceability, the procedure for providing information in the IS “Electronic database of medicines and medical devices” on the introduction of medicines into circulation, being in circulation and withdrawal from circulation, and making changes to them.
The functions for the implementation and maintenance of this system are assigned to the Department of Medicines and Medical Devices under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for licensing educational activities for the training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles
In order to improve the process of teaching citizens the theoretical and practical skills of driving vehicles, streamlining the activities of transporting passengers by road, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 6, 2023 No. 51 approved the Regulations on the procedure for licensing educational activities for the training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Regulation regulates the procedure for issuing, reissuing, recognizing, suspending, renewing and revoking licenses for educational activities for the training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles by the authorized state body in the field of road safety. All legal entities, regardless of organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, are required to obtain a license to carry out the specified educational activities. The license is perpetual and inalienable.
On approval of the Business Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026
The Business Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 22, 2023 No. 94, is aimed at the interaction of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic with business in the implementation of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026, taking into account the new crisis circumstances emerging in the world and Central -Asian region.
The Decree also approved the Action Plan for the implementation of the Program.
On the definition of a single portal for public discussion of draft legal acts as the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 10, 2023 No. 45-r, in order to implement the constitutional right of citizens to participate in the discussion and adoption of laws and decisions of republican and local significance, the Unified Public Discussion Portal of draft regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic is recognized as the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for holding a public discussion of draft regulatory legal acts, laws submitted to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the legislative initiative of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and draft regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of mineral fertilizers from the Kyrgyz Republic
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 17, 2023 No. 88 established a temporary ban, for a period of six months, on the export (export) of mineral fertilizers from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the EAEU (with the exception of international transit and humanitarian assistance provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic) in accordance with the approved the list introduced after 5 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
On the introduction of a temporary ban on the export of wood and timber from the Kyrgyz Republic
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 7, 2023 No. 52 introduced a temporary ban for a period of six months from February 15, 2023 on the export (export) of wood and timber from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
