On March 26, 2025, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KSB Commercial Bank CJSC was held, during which it was decided to expand the Bank’s Board of Directors from five to seven members through the appointment of two new directors. Mr. Christian Lüscher – Chairman of the Board of Geneva Airport. For 16 years, he served on the Management Control, Judiciary, and Legislative Committees of the Parliament of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, bringing together expertise in management, law, and public service.
